Software Specialist | Website Developer
Type of Work: Full time, On Site

Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications

Diagnose and solve hardware or software faults

Setup new user accounts and profiles and resolve password issues
-
Assist staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to set up systems, install software or resolve issues

Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
-
Provide Technical Support for all employees: Hardware and Software

Ensure network security and monitor network
-
Ensure maintenance and security of all online systems and resources
-
Ensure up-to-date team skillset by preparing refresher training for the team

Requirements:

Knowledge of WordPress (Familiarity with WP plug-ins, editing templates)
-
HTML/PHP (Code Igniter)/ JAVASCRIPT (JQuery/JSon) Programming
-
Creativity & originality in web design
-
Good to excellent communication skills verbal /written
-
Photo editing skills
-
Able to provide a timeline to finish a task

Good attitude towards pressure
